Stainless steel membrane shell: generally made of 304 or 316 stainless steel material, with good corrosion resistance, and polished inside and outside of the membrane shell. Its function is to accommodate reverse osmosis membrane elements and provide a sealed pressure environment for the reverse osmosis process.

Working principle
The raw water first enters the pretreatment system and is treated by equipment such as multi-media filters, activated carbon filters, and softeners to remove large particle impurities, organic matter, residual chlorine, calcium and magnesium ions, reduce water turbidity and hardness, and provide qualified influent for subsequent reverse osmosis treatment. After pre-treatment, the water enters the security filter to further remove small particle impurities, and then enters the reverse osmosis system. Under the action of the high-pressure pump, water passes through the reverse osmosis membrane. Due to the very small pore size of the reverse osmosis membrane, only water molecules and a small amount of ions can pass through, while other harmful substances such as heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, organic matter, etc. are trapped on one side of the membrane, thus achieving the purification and desalination process of water.
