System composition and working principle
Softening system: generally composed of softening tank, ion exchange resin, salt tank, etc. After the raw water enters the softening tank, the calcium and magnesium ions in the water exchange with the sodium ions in the ion exchange resin, reducing the content of calcium and magnesium ions in the water and thus lowering the hardness of the water. After the resin reaches saturation, it is regenerated by saltwater in the salt tank to restore its exchange capacity and ensure the continuous and stable softening effect.
Fully automatic reverse osmosis system: including pre-treatment units (multi-media filters, activated carbon filters, precision filters, etc.), reverse osmosis membrane components, high-pressure pumps, and control systems. The pre-treatment unit first removes suspended solids, colloids, organic matter, residual chlorine and other impurities from the raw water, providing qualified influent for the reverse osmosis membrane. The high-pressure pump provides sufficient pressure for the reverse osmosis membrane, allowing water to pass through the membrane under pressure, while most impurities such as salts, bacteria, viruses, and organic matter are intercepted, thereby achieving water purification and desalination. The control system can achieve functions such as automatic operation, automatic flushing, and fault alarm, ensuring stable and efficient operation of the reverse osmosis system.
Variable frequency constant pressure water supply system: composed of a frequency converter, constant pressure controller, water pump unit, etc. The frequency converter automatically adjusts the speed of the water pump based on the actual water consumption of the system, thereby changing the output flow rate and pressure of the water pump to maintain a constant water supply pressure.
