Equipment composition and working principle:

Reverse osmosis system: Using a high-pressure pump to pressurize the pre treated water, allowing it to pass through the reverse osmosis membrane. Under pressure, water molecules pass through the membrane, while impurities such as salt, bacteria, viruses, and organic matter are intercepted, achieving the purpose of desalination and purification. This device can process 10 tons of water per hour, which can meet large-scale water demand.
Ultrafiltration section: further removes impurities such as large organic molecules, bacteria, colloids, etc. from water, with a filtration accuracy between reverse osmosis and ordinary filtration. The pore size of ultrafiltration membranes is generally between 0.001-0.1 microns, which can effectively intercept harmful substances to the human body or production, while retaining some beneficial minerals and trace elements (compared to reverse osmosis).
Fully automatic control system: It achieves automatic operation, monitoring, and protection of equipment through automation devices such as PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). It can automatically control the start stop, flushing, dosing and other operations of the equipment, monitor water quality parameters (such as conductivity, turbidity, etc.) and equipment operating parameters (such as pressure, flow, etc.) in real time. When the water quality does not meet the standard or the equipment malfunctions, it can promptly alarm and take corresponding measures, such as automatic shutdown.
