Cartridge Filter

The process principle of the security filter is to use the 5um hole on the PP filter core for mechanical filtration. Trace suspended particles, colloids, microorganisms, and other substances remaining in the water are captured or adsorbed on the surface or hole of the P filter core. As the production time increases, the working resistance of the P filter core gradually increases due to the pollution of the intercepted materials. When the water pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches 0.1 MPa, the filter core needs to be replaced. The main advantages of the security filter are high efficiency, low resistance, and easy replacement.

The working principle of the security filter is to use the formed filtering material to allow the original liquid to pass through the filter material under pressure, and the filtering residue is intercepted on the filter wall, while the filtrate passes through the filter material.

The formed filter materials include filter cloth, filter mesh, filter plate, sintered filter tube, wound filter cartridge, melt-blown filter cartridge, microporous filter cartridge, and multifunctional filter cartridge. Due to the different filter core materials, the filter aperture also varies. Filter materials of the same form are divided into different specifications according to the external dimensions. For example, there are two types of wound filter cartridges: one is a polypropylene fiber-polypropylene skeleton filter cartridge, and the other is a degreased cotton fiber-stainless steel skeleton filter cartridge. The difference between the two products is that the former's maximum operating temperature is 60°C, while the latter's maximum operating temperature is 120°C. The melt-blown filter cartridge is made of polypropylene as the raw material and formed by melt-blown process with a maximum working temperature of 60°C.

Due to the different filter materials, the filter aperture also varies. Precision filtration is a form of filtration between coarse filtration and ultrafiltration, and the filter aperture is generally between 0.01-120um.

The characteristics of the security filter are as follows:

1. It can effectively remove suspended solids, impurities, rust, and other substances in liquids.

2. It can withstand higher filtration pressures.

3. The unique deep mesh structure inside the security filter makes the filter core have a higher capacity for retaining debris.

4. The filter core can be made of various materials to adapt to the needs of various fluid filtration.

5. The security filter has a small outer volume, a large filtration area, low resistance, and long service life.

6. It is resistant to acid, alkali, and chemical solvents and can be used in chemical industry filtration equipment.

7. It has high strength, high temperature resistance and the filter core is not easily deformed.

8. It is low in price, has low operating costs, and is easy to operate. The filter core is replaceable, and the filter has a long service life.

9. It has low filtration resistance, high liquid flux, and strong removal ability for dirt.
