Equipment working principle:
Pre treatment stage: The raw water is first filtered through a multi-media filter to remove large particulate impurities such as suspended solids and colloids from the water; Activated carbon filters can adsorb residual chlorine, organic matter, and odors in water; Softener removes calcium and magnesium ions from water, reduces water hardness, and prevents scaling of reverse osmosis membranes. The pre treated water meets the inlet requirements of the reverse osmosis system.
First stage reverse osmosis: Pre treated water passes through a first stage reverse osmosis membrane under the action of a high-pressure pump. The first stage reverse osmosis membrane can effectively remove most of the impurities such as salt, bacteria, viruses, and organic matter in water, and produce preliminary purified water. Due to the presence of certain impurities in the first stage reverse osmosis water, further treatment is required.
Secondary reverse osmosis: The water produced by primary reverse osmosis is used as the inlet for secondary reverse osmosis and passes through the reverse osmosis membrane again. Secondary reverse osmosis can further remove residual salts and other impurities from water, resulting in higher purity of the produced water. The secondary reverse osmosis system is equipped with a multi way valve, which can control the direction of water flow and achieve automatic flushing, water production and other functions of the equipment. For example, a multi way valve can use some of the produced water to flush the reverse osmosis membrane to maintain its performance and extend its service life.
