Product description

System composition and working principle:
Sand filtration section: Usually uses quartz sand and other filtration media. When raw water passes through a sand filter, large particles such as suspended solids and colloids in the water are intercepted, reducing the turbidity of the water. Sand filters generally require regular backwashing to restore their filtration performance. During backwashing, the water flow direction is opposite to the normal filtering direction, washing away impurities trapped in the sand layer.
Carbon filtration section: utilizing the adsorption properties of activated carbon. Activated carbon has a rich pore structure that can adsorb residual chlorine, organic matter, odors, and other substances in water. When water passes through the carbon filter, these substances are adsorbed by activated carbon, improving the taste and odor of the water while protecting the subsequent reverse osmosis membrane from oxidative damage caused by residual chlorine.
Softening part: ion exchange resin is generally used. The hardness ions such as calcium and magnesium in water exchange with the sodium ions on the resin, reducing the hardness of the water and preventing fouling of the reverse osmosis membrane. When the resin reaches saturation, it needs to be regenerated with salt to restore its exchange capacity.
The fully automatic reverse osmosis part is the core of the entire system. The pre treated water passes through a reverse osmosis membrane under the action of a high-pressure pump. The pore size of reverse osmosis membranes is very small, which can effectively remove impurities such as salt, bacteria, viruses, and organic matter from water, producing high-purity water. The fully automatic control system realizes the automatic operation of equipment through PLC (programmable logic controller) and other devices, including automatic start stop, automatic flushing of reverse osmosis membrane and other operations. The system monitors water quality parameters in real-time, such as conductivity, pressure, flow rate, etc. When the water quality does not meet the standards or equipment malfunctions, it automatically alarms and takes corresponding measures.
Fine filtration section: further remove small particles and impurities that may remain in the water, ensuring that the final effluent quality meets higher standards. Fine filtration usually uses precision filter cartridges, whose filtration accuracy can reach the micrometer level.
System features:
Multi stage filtration: Through multi-stage treatments such as sand filtration, carbon filtration, softening, reverse osmosis, and fine filtration, various impurities in the water can be completely removed to ensure the quality of the produced water.
High degree of automation: achieving fully automated operation, reducing manual operation, improving the stability and reliability of equipment operation, and reducing labor intensity.
Water quality assurance: effectively reduces water hardness, removes salt and other pollutants, and meets the demand for high-quality water in different industries, such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, etc.
Low operating costs: Reasonable pre-treatment and reverse osmosis system design extend the service life of reverse osmosis membranes and reduce the frequency of membrane replacement; Meanwhile, automated control reduces labor costs, improves system efficiency, and lowers overall operating costs.
Application areas:
Industrial production: widely used in chip manufacturing and circuit board production in the electronics industry, drug production and medical device cleaning in the pharmaceutical industry, raw material production and fine chemicals in the chemical industry, providing high-purity process water for production.
Civilian and commercial: It can be used for direct drinking water supply in residential areas, schools, hospitals, office buildings, and other places, as well as water treatment in the catering industry, providing safe and healthy drinking water for people.
Other fields, such as laboratory water use, seawater desalination, sewage treatment and reuse, meet the water quality requirements of different scenarios.
