Secondary Reverse Osmosis Ultrafiltration Water Purification Fully Automatic Equipment
Product description
Working Principles
- Reverse Osmosis (RO): This is a key technology in the equipment. It uses a semi – permeable membrane to separate water from dissolved salts, impurities, and other contaminants. Under pressure, water molecules pass through the membrane, while most of the impurities are retained on the other side, thus achieving high – purity water production. The secondary reverse osmosis stage further refines the water quality, removing even more trace impurities to meet higher – level water quality requirements.
- Ultrafiltration (UF): Ultrafiltration uses a membrane with a certain pore size to filter out suspended solids, colloids, bacteria, and large – molecule organic matter in water. It serves as a pre – treatment or post – treatment process for reverse osmosis. Before reverse osmosis, it can remove larger – sized impurities to protect the reverse osmosis membrane from clogging; after reverse osmosis, it can further polish the water to remove any remaining small – sized particles or microorganisms.
Advantages of Fully Automatic Operation
- High Degree of Automation: The equipment can automatically complete processes such as water intake, filtration, purification, and water output. It is equipped with sensors and controllers that monitor water quality and operating parameters in real – time. When the water quality does not meet the standards or there are problems with the equipment, it can automatically adjust the operating mode or issue alarms, reducing the need for manual intervention and improving work efficiency.
- Stable Water Quality: The combination of secondary reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration technologies can stably produce high – quality purified water with low salt content, low turbidity, and a high degree of purity. It can meet the water quality requirements of various industries, such as the electronics industry, the pharmaceutical industry, and the food and beverage industry.
- Energy Saving and Environmental Protection: The fully automatic control system can optimize the operating parameters of the equipment according to the actual water demand, reducing energy consumption. At the same time, the waste water discharge is also effectively controlled, which is beneficial to environmental protection.
Applications
- Industrial Fields: It is widely used in the electronics industry for the production of semiconductors, integrated circuits, and liquid crystal displays, where high – purity water is required. In the pharmaceutical industry, it is used for the preparation of injection – grade water and the production of pharmaceutical raw materials. The food and beverage industry also uses this equipment to produce high – quality drinking water and process water.
- Commercial and Residential Use: In some commercial establishments such as hotels, restaurants, and office buildings, it can provide high – quality drinking water. In households, it can meet the needs of direct drinking water, cooking, and bathing, improving the quality of domestic water.
