Sand Filter Canbon Filter Belt Softener Fully Automatic Reverse Osmosis Water Purification System
Product description
System composition and functions:
Sand filter:
It mainly consists of filter media (such as quartz sand, etc.), containers, related inlet and outlet pipelines, and backwash systems. After the raw water enters the sand filter, suspended solids, colloids and other impurities in the water are intercepted by filtering media such as quartz sand, thereby reducing the turbidity of the water and playing a preliminary filtering role. By regular backwashing, impurities trapped in the sand layer can be removed, restoring the filtration performance of the sand filter.
Carbon filter:
Using activated carbon as the main filtering material. Activated carbon has a rich pore structure and a huge specific surface area, which can effectively adsorb residual chlorine, organic matter, pigments, odors, etc. in water. When water passes through the carbon filter, these substances are adsorbed by activated carbon, improving the sensory properties of water and protecting the subsequent reverse osmosis membrane from oxidative damage caused by residual chlorine.
Ion exchange softener:
Usually equipped with ion exchange resin (such as strong acidic cation exchange resin). When water passes through a softener, hardness ions such as calcium and magnesium in the water exchange with sodium ions on the resin, reducing the hardness of the water. When the resin reaches saturation, it needs to be regenerated with a salt solution to restore its exchange capacity.
Fully automatic reverse osmosis water purification system:
It mainly includes reverse osmosis membrane components, high-pressure pumps, pressure vessels, and automatic control systems. A high-pressure pump provides pressure for water to pass through a reverse osmosis membrane, which has extremely high filtration accuracy and can intercept most impurities such as salt, bacteria, viruses, and organic matter in water, allowing water molecules to pass through the membrane and produce high-purity purified water. The automatic control system realizes the automatic operation of equipment through programmable logic controllers (PLCs), such as automatic start stop, automatic flushing of reverse osmosis membranes, real-time monitoring of water quality and equipment operating parameters (such as pressure, flow rate, conductivity, etc.). When the water quality does not meet the standard or the equipment malfunctions, it can promptly alarm and take corresponding measures.
System workflow:
The raw water is first filtered through a sand filter to remove large particles and impurities; Then it enters the carbon filter to adsorb residual chlorine and organic matter, etc; Then enter the ion exchange softener to reduce the hardness of the water; The pre treated water enters the fully automatic reverse osmosis water purification system and is filtered through the reverse osmosis membrane to produce high-purity purified water. During the operation of the system, the running status of each part is monitored and adjusted by the automatic control system to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the entire system.
Application areas:
Industrial production: In the electronics industry, it is used in processes that require extremely high water quality, such as chip manufacturing and circuit board production; In the pharmaceutical industry, strict requirements for injection water and raw material production water are met during the drug production process; In the chemical industry, high-quality process water is provided for the production of chemical raw materials and fine chemicals.
In the civilian field, it can serve as a direct drinking water supply equipment for residential areas, schools, hospitals, and other places, providing safe and healthy drinking water for people; It can also be used in households to meet the purification needs of daily water use and improve the quality of domestic water.
In other fields such as laboratory water, seawater desalination, and wastewater treatment and reuse, this system can treat water according to different water quality requirements and produce water that meets standards.
