Pretreatment Stage
Raw water (tap water/groundwater) is pressurized by the booster pump and enters the mechanical filter to remove large suspended particles. Then it flows into the activated carbon filter to adsorb residual chlorine and organic matter. The effluent meets RO inlet requirements: SDI < 5, residual chlorine < 0.1mg/L, turbidity ≤ 0.5 NTU.

RO Purification Stage
Pretreated water passes through the 5μm cartridge filter and is pressurized to working pressure by the high-pressure pump, then enters the RO membrane module. Water molecules permeate the semi-permeable membrane to become pure water, while concentrated water (containing impurities) is discharged. The PLC system monitors conductivity in real time; if the value exceeds the set standard, the water is automatically drained until qualified.

Storage & Polishing Stage
Qualified RO pure water is first stored in the belt water tank (the floating ball valve controls RO start/stop to maintain stable liquid level).
