System Capacity

  • It is designed to produce ultra – pure water at a rate of 0.5 tons per hour, which is suitable for applications that require a continuous supply of a relatively small amount of high – quality pure water, such as in some laboratories, small – scale pharmaceutical production, or electronic component manufacturing processes.

Secondary Reverse Osmosis (RO)

  • The system employs a two – stage reverse osmosis process. The first – stage RO membrane removes a large portion of dissolved salts, organic matter, and other impurities from the feed water. The second – stage RO further refines the water, reducing the concentration of remaining contaminants to a very low level. This two – stage approach helps to achieve a higher level of water purity compared to a single – stage RO system.

Electro – Deionization (EDI)
